Glass burnisher

Piece of 8 mm thick glass with rounded edges its generous surface area is highly effective for smoothing out the flesh side of hides, strips, or any leather flesh surface that requires a polished finish. When used in conjunction with burnishing compound (Gum Tragacanth, Tokonole or bees wax), simply apply pressure while dragging the glass back and forth to achieve a smooth, polished look.
